As part of celebrating our 100th Employee Milestone, Sorim Technologies is delighted to announce a company-sponsored employee tour to Yercaud. This special milestone celebration is planned to bring our employees together for relaxation, connection, team bonding, and memorable experiences.
Tour Details
Destination: Yercaud
Travel Dates: 18th September 2026 – 20th September 2026
Duration: 3 Days / 2 Nights
Mode of Travel: Company Organized Travel
Vehicle and travel arrangements will be coordinated by HRD based on the final participation count.
Boarding Venue: Sorim Office
Boarding Time : Employees are requested to report between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM on Friday, 18th September 2026.
Tentative Return: We are expected to return to the Sorim Office on Sunday, 20th September 2026, by approximately 3:00 PM.
Registration
All employees are welcome to join this special milestone celebration, and maximum participation is encouraged. To enable HRD to finalize: Transportation Accommodation Food arrangements Seating Other travel facilities all interested employees are requested to complete the registration form on or before 15th August 2026. Important Information
Be on Time Employees are requested to report to the Sorim Office by 6:30 AM. Boarding and attendance formalities will be completed before departure at 7:00 AM. Final Arrangements Transportation, accommodation, food, seating, and other arrangements will be planned based on the final confirmed registrations received by the deadline. Register Within the Deadline Employees are requested to register within the stipulated timeline to avoid inconvenience during travel and accommodation planning. Further Details Detailed information regarding the travel itinerary, accommodation, room allocation, and other travel instructions will be shared separately after the registration process is completed.
