Yercaud Team Outing for Celebrating 100 Employees at Sorim Technologies
The 100th employee milestone represents much more than reaching a number.

Reaching 100 employees is a special milestone in Sorim Technologies’ journey. To celebrate this achievement and bring our growing team closer together, Sorim organized a memorable three-day team outing to Yercaud from 18th to 20th September 2026.
The celebration was filled with scenic experiences, team activities, laughter, music, sightseeing, and opportunities for colleagues to connect beyond the workplace.
Day 1 – The Journey Begins
The Yercaud trip brought colleagues together away from the usual workplace environment. With a mix of travel, outdoor activities, entertainment, games, and shared meals, the three days offered everyone a chance to connect in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
Our much-awaited Yercaud trip began on 18th September 2026.
The Sorim team gathered at the office early in the morning, with the buses departing at 6:45 AM. With three buses carrying our colleagues, the journey to Yercaud itself became the beginning of the celebration
After reaching Yercaud, everyone checked in at Sterling Yercaud at around 5:00 PM.

The bonfire and music session gave everyone the perfect opportunity to relax after the journey, interact with colleagues, and enjoy the beginning of our 100th employee milestone celebration.
Day 2 – Sightseeing, Team Games & Togetherness
Day 2 was packed with experiences and activities designed to bring the entire Sorim team together.
The day started with breakfast from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, followed by the first sightseeing session.
Exploring Yercaud
The team explored some of Yercaud’s beautiful surroundings through the scheduled sightseeing sessions.
The outing included experiences such as boating, enjoying the scenic views of Yercaud, and visiting the Stevaroy Temple viewpoint.
These moments offered everyone a chance to step away from their regular routines and enjoy the natural beauty of the hills together.
A Team Photo to Remember
A milestone of 100 employees deserved a special memory.
The entire Sorim team came together for a group photograph, capturing a memorable moment in our journey as we celebrated reaching this important milestone.

Team Games & Activities
The afternoon brought out the competitive and playful side of the Sorim team.
Following a short refreshment break, everyone came together in the conference room for a series of team games and activities, including: -
- Hula Hoop Game
- Communication Game
- Caterpillar Relay
- Rabbit, Will & Hunter
- Dog & the Bone
The activities encouraged communication, teamwork, coordination, and plenty of laughter across teams.
After the games, everyone enjoyed high tea and snacks, followed by team interaction and leisure time.
The day concluded with dinner, giving everyone more time to connect and enjoy the evening together.
Day 3 – A Memorable Farewell
The final day began with breakfast from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
Following breakfast, everyone had some time for packing and leisure, before checking out of Sterling Yercaud at 10:30 AM.
At 11:30 AM onwards, the Sorim team began the journey back from Yercaud.

Although the three-day trip came to an end, it left behind plenty of memorable moments, conversations, laughter, and experiences shared among colleagues.

Reaching 100 employees is not simply a headcount milestone. It represents the people who have contributed their ideas, skills, dedication, and energy to the growth of Sorim Technologies.
The Yercaud team outing was an opportunity to celebrate this achievement together and appreciate the people who are part of our journey.
From the early morning bus journey to Yercaud, the sightseeing and scenic experiences, team games, bonfire, music, and countless moments of laughter, the celebration reflected what makes our workplace special — our people and the connections we build together.
As Sorim continues to grow, we look forward to creating many more milestones, memories, and journeys together.
